The journal is indexed with Index Medicus, Index Medicus for WHO South-East-Asia Region (IMSER), National Library of Medicine (NLM), PubMed/MEDLINE, Institute of Scientific Information, NCI Current Contents, Indian Science Abstracts and Excerpta Medica.

 The journal’s full text is online at www.ijpmonline.org. With the aim of faster and better dissemination of knowledge, we will be publishing articles ‘Ahead of Print’. In addition, the journal would allow free access (Open Access) to its contents, which is likely to attract more readers and citations to articles published in IJPM.
